On the other hand, recreation is much broader than leisure because it does not only contain entertainment but it also includes exercise, relaxation and the like.
In recreation, people choose the best way they can have for a complete relaxation. They examine first their inner selves so that they will know what they will really like in recreating themselves. Once determined, they organize it and execute the plan. They always choose things and activities which is more likely advantageous to them. Thus, it is very enjoyable.
There are many benefits that recreation has to offer. They tend to help the human mind and body by giving it relaxation and rest. It is just like a motor vehicle that needs to be refueled in order to keep it running.

To conclude, the body always needs to rest. It needs to regenerate what is lost during your hectic and demanding schedules. It needs to take back what is lost in order for it to continue working. Think of a non-rechargeable battery. It has electrical power in it. But there will be a time that the power inside will deplete, thus, rendering it useless. Imagine a rechargeable battery. If the power inside is exhausted, you can recharge it by plugging it into a socket, thus rendering it useful again. The body and mind is the same. You must recharge it via recreation.
