Terms of Service

1. Using the directory and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account, submit a website, or purchase a service. If acting for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate information, keep your email address current, and protect your login credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use the site for fraud, impersonation, malware, unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messages, unauthorized access, or interference with the directory. Do not bypass technical restrictions or reproduce substantial parts of our database without permission or a legal right to do so.

2. Submission and editorial review

A saved submission or completed payment does not publish a listing. Review starts after confirmed payment for a paid plan, or verification of the qualifying backlink for Community Partner. The published review timeframes are 48 hours for Basic, 24 hours for Business and Premium, and up to 7 days for Community Partner. Missing information, verification issues, or requests for clarification can delay a decision; these are review timeframes, not guaranteed approval deadlines.

We may correct formatting, improve clarity, select appropriate categories, request evidence, or reject a submission under our guidelines. Paid plans provide the directory features described when purchased, subject to approval. Extra categories must be relevant; a category allowance does not guarantee placement in an unrelated category or a particular directory guide.

Users cannot directly edit published listings. Contact us for corrections, upgrades, or removal. We may ask for proof of authority before changing a listing or account.

3. One-time fees and listing duration

An approved paid listing has a one-time review fee, no scheduled expiry, and no recurring renewal fee. It remains listed while einternetindex.com continues operating under the same operating team and the website continues to meet our directory requirements.

A one-time fee does not guarantee permanent availability or an unconditional commitment if the directory closes or changes operators. A listing may be suspended or removed if its website becomes unsafe, unavailable, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable under our guidelines. This explanation does not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing purchase or excuse an obligation or remedy required by law.

Community Partner listings and unclaimed Free listings have different conditions. Homepage promotions run for a separate, fixed duration and are not included in the one-time listing review fee.

4. Community Partner and Free listings

Community Partner has no listing fee, but you must include an agreed, relevant link in a useful blog post or article on the submitted website’s domain. The page must be publicly accessible without login and must not be marked noindex. We verify the link before approval and periodically afterward. If it is removed or stops qualifying, you have a 14-day grace period to correct the backlink issue before suspension for that issue. This does not prevent immediate action against unsafe or unlawful content.

If no suitable link matches your niche, request a match and wait for our team to contact you. This does not waive verification. A purchased homepage promotion does not replace the backlink requirement.

Free listings are created only by administrators or editors and may be removed at any time while unclaimed. To request control of an existing Free listing, use Update this Listing or contact us, select an eligible public plan, and complete our ownership review. Selecting a plan does not automatically transfer ownership or unlock editing.

5. Prices, payment, and promotions

Current prices and feature limits appear on our listing plans page. The order summary identifies your selected services, currency, and total before you authorize payment. Our listed plan prices are in US dollars; PayPal or your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We confirm payment server-side before marking an order paid.

Optional homepage promotions run for 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. Longer-package discounts compare the package price with the equivalent number of 30-day packages. Promotions require a published, eligible listing and activation by our team; payment alone does not establish the start date. Contact us to confirm scheduling. Promotions do not renew automatically, bypass review, or guarantee clicks or enquiries.

We may change prices and plan features for future orders. A later price or policy change does not by itself alter a confirmed purchase. Existing listings may retain previously agreed features that differ from the current plan comparison.

6. Review fees, cancellations, and refunds

• Rejected, non-prohibited websites: if we reject a website for a reason other than the prohibited content or activities in our Submission Guidelines, we refund the listing review fee.
• Prohibited submissions: review fees are non-refundable under our policy for websites involving pornography, violence or aggression, scams or hoaxes, racial discrimination or hate speech, abusive or defamatory content, copyright infringement, betting or gambling, or other unlawful content or activities, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Approved websites: once approved, the review fee is non-refundable under our policy because it pays for reviewing the website and submitted details, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These rules do not exclude remedies for a deficient, misdescribed, or undelivered service, an unauthorized or duplicate payment, or any statutory cancellation or refund right. Lack of a promised SEO result is not the basis of the service: we do not promise one.

For cancellation, a disputed charge, or an eligible refund, contact us with your website address, order number, and PayPal transaction reference. Refunds require staff review and processing; rejection does not automatically trigger a PayPal refund. We will confirm the outcome and arrange any refund due within applicable legal deadlines. Payment-provider processing can affect when it reaches you.

Homepage promotions are separate services and charges. The review-fee policy does not automatically forfeit an undelivered promotion. Contact us about a promotion cancellation, interruption, or service not delivered as agreed so we can establish the service provided and any refund or other remedy due.

7. Sponsorship, ordering, and external websites

Paid placements are labelled Sponsored. Paid outbound listing links use rel="sponsored"; Community Partner and Free listing links use rel="nofollow". We do not sell a promise of do-follow links or search-engine ranking credit.

Plan level can affect ordering within our directory, and optional promotions can affect homepage visibility. Neither is a claim that a business is better than others. Guides can mix relevant paid, Community Partner, and Free listings. Editorial review and inclusion are not endorsements, certifications, or verification of every claim made by a listed website.

We do not control external websites, their content, availability, security, or transactions. Before dealing with a listed provider, check its identity, credentials, terms, and suitability. Purchases from that provider are separate from your purchase of our directory services.

8. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your text, logos, screenshots, photos, award badges, links, and other material, including permission to publish personal information where required.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, resize, format, reproduce, and display that material as reasonably needed to review, operate, and present your listing and any purchased promotion. This includes relevant directory categories and guides, not an unrestricted right to sell your content. After removal, copies may remain in backups or records needed for legal, security, or dispute purposes as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our original site design, software, and editorial material remain ours or our licensors’. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Report suspected infringement with the affected URL, identification of the protected work, your authority, and supporting details.

9. Service availability and enforcement

We work to keep the directory useful and available, but interruptions, errors, and maintenance can occur. We do not guarantee continuous availability, approval, indexing, rankings, traffic, enquiries, or sales. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to our own services.

We may restrict an account or suspend or remove content for guideline breaches, security risks, lack of authority, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow correction; urgent safety or legal issues may require immediate action. You can ask us to review a decision by contacting us with relevant evidence.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses arising from use of the directory or dealings with external websites. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies, or releases us from responsibility for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Contact and complaints

You can also use our contact form. Include the relevant website or listing URL and, for a payment query, your order or PayPal reference. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents.

Mark complaints “Grievance” and privacy requests “Privacy request”. We will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and seek to resolve them within one month, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. Urgent safety, privacy, and unlawful-content complaints will be handled according to the applicable legal requirements. Contacting us does not prevent you from approaching a consumer commission, regulator, or other competent authority.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. To the extent legally permissible, disputes arising from use of einternetindex.com or transactions for our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kuzhithurai, Tamil Nadu, India, where those courts otherwise have jurisdiction.

This clause does not override a consumer’s right to approach a consumer commission or any other mandatory statutory forum, including a forum available where the consumer resides or works when applicable law provides that right.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law and will show the revision date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights under a completed purchase. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue so far as the law permits.
